Commercial use, broadcast, synchronisation, or monetisation of your song requires prior written agreement from us.
We provide a preview of your song before you complete payment. By proceeding to payment after previewing your song, you confirm you are satisfied with the preview and wish to purchase.
Because you have the opportunity to preview your song before payment, all sales are final once payment is completed. If you experience a technical issue with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
The song created for you remains the intellectual property of Your Special Song.co.uk. You are granted a personal use licence as described above. We retain the right to use anonymised song data for service improvement.
Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
